Oh, I also know something about "trying too hard to force the video"! 
Offen I have the problem that dealing with tiny little details I totally lose the overview: "What the hell was I going to do here?!?" - It's always important to have a general idea, a plan for a video, but sometimes I just like to improvise and ramble on. After a day or so I'm not always convinced of the results...

After a day or so I'm not always convinced of the results... Thank you. Yes this one is one of my favourites too. The edit was probably done over a couple of evenings (as I recall). I was interested in experimenting with the tempo of the original video to match the music and it worked well. Sometimes I have to abandon an edit because I am trying too hard to force the video to fit the music and the result isn't effective. But here it was quite easy in the end. Glad you enjoyed it!
