One of the topics they mentioned was coping with bad moods. I get into bad moods frequently, especially when I don't sleep well (which is, practically, every day). I have had some bad trauma during my youth, but I don't think I can go into detail about that here. One of the things I do when I'm in a bad mood is...well...come to porn sites to "release" my stress in the only way I know how. Fill in the blanks. I also eat comfort foods, but mine are in the form of either PB&J or mac and cheese.
